F10 Save and Exit,
To boot to USB floppy follow this extra step
reboot and F2 into BIOS setup
| Boot | use arrow and + keys to move Removable Devices | "USB FDD" to the top of the list
F10 Save and Exit,

(may need to try various USB ports before FDD is recognised)
